Enrolments
This window is used to enrol employees into training sessions and to record the grades achieved by the employee.
Prerequisites
- Enrolment Status
- Training Courses - Eligible Hours field
- Training Courses - Issue Date field
Rules and Guidelines
- This option does not prevent double booking an employee to more than one training session.
- Information recorded in these fields is passed to the Training History window when the course is completed.

- If this field is left blank, it will default to Confirmed.
When saved, this defaults from the details entered in the Eligible Hours when the Training Course was established. This value can be overridden to allow for an employee not attending the full course.
The grade achieved by the employee on completion of the training session.

The date the participant was enrolled on the course.
- If no date is entered, this field defaults to the date defined in the Issue Date field in the Training Courses window.
Displays the Rate Code that was selected when the Training Course was created, and can be changed.
Displays the $value attached to the Rate Code.
- This value is assumed to apply to the training course as a whole value for the entire course regardless of duration and the number of attendees. Because of this, the value should be maintained to reflect the true costs, e.g. if an Hourly Rate was selected, this field would be overridden to reflect the actual cost for the employee over the duration of the course.
- This field is not used by Preceda for any calculations. Values entered here may be compared to the values setup in the Budget Unit window from the Organisation module by using Extractor.
These fields will default to the values from those entered into the employee's record. They may be changed if needed to reflect the area to which the cost of the course should be charged.
